Best way to store articles with media attachments?

What is the best way to store articles in a database if there are pictures, videos, etc. in addition to plain text? You can store bare HTML, and suddenly the name of the class changes, and it's somehow ugly ... What is the best way to store this?

@E6APB

keep BBCODE.
pictures and videos can be stored in the database if the load is small. not suitable for the web.

What if the class name changes?

So what? And what's the problem with sorting it out automatically and replacing it? A very strange problem.
Store html (or BBCODE) with links to media, this is how any visual editor generates and it's convenient to save it to the database. If there is an image or media that is needed separately from the text of the article - these are in a separate cell, a relative link.
