Best way to implement online coloring?

Hi all!
What do you think is the best way to implement online coloring?
Initial data: a lot of svg, but with a single outline (like this : i.imgur.com/IZCNmEm.png ) bsFqpch.png, i.imgur.com/Wk6J25O.png (highlighted in red) Is it possible to somehow convert the original svg ( https://yadi.sk/d/vZPbs5Ok3LJVW4) with one single outline to svg with several ( https:/ /yadi.sk/d/EXUjtPVR3LJVWs)? If yes, only manually? === Another way: online image editor with fill function (like www.sumopaint.com/home/#app),

even allow jpg to be filled in in separate pieces as in FS. The problem is that I did not find a free online editor that could be built into a site with an already loaded picture for coloring and disabling all other functionality. Maybe you know one?
Thanks
