Best library for text synomization?

Is there any framework for synomizing text? Interested in something for Java/C#/Php.
Of course, I would like something smarter than a simple replacement of words from a dictionary. After all, only the initial forms will be there.

Maybe "synonymization" was meant, i.e. looking for synonyms? The task is not ordinary, I think there are no ready-made solutions.
You need to look towards Text mining , LSA , Stemming , approximate text comparison algorithms (google links in 2 minutes).

Most interesting. Synonyms are words with a similar meaning. There are dictionaries for such words. And for dictionaries, as I understand it, there are NLP frameworks.
The easiest way is to search the dictionary of synonyms.
