If there is a lot of JS code, then definitely WebStorm.
If you make up and animate menus on jQuery, then at least a notepad.

A question from the category of "taste and color ..." (I personally prefer the already named Sublime).
Whatever editor you choose, it will be even better with the Emmet plugin :)

I chose Brackets for myself. There are already run-in versions, the project is growing before our eyes, both in plugins and in the community.
Written in html/css/javascript specifically for front-end development
