BEM: many blocks within a block - what to call it?

I construct blocks from small elements for search settings. For simplicity, I will describe two blocks:
Option
Option -- with RadioButton
Option -- with Checkbox Option__RadioButton
Option__Checkbox
Option__OptionName
Settings
Settings --
with RadioButtons
Settings -- with Checkboxes several pieces of the "Option--withCheckbox" block inside "Settings--withCheckboxes") Did I name the blocks and elements correctly?
