Because of the Angular templating page in Google look not readable. What to do?

This is how Google's output looks like:

The template is rendered on the client. Each dynamic page has all the meta descriptions and descriptions on the pages, but such nonsense is displayed. How to remove it?

As a result, we just made static pages of all possible combinations that are allowed for indexing with normal descriptions. Yandex reacted almost immediately, Google still remembers old versions of pages a little, but more and more displays normal ones.
