Let's say I have a folder with image files (1.jpg , 2.jpg , 3.jpg . . . n.jpg), and also have a list of different names separated by commas (or in a column) for example names.txt file - how to do so (what utility / script) so that you can batch rename all the pictures from the folder with names from names.txt ?

Can you make a script in python? If Windows - "group renaming" in TotalCommander supports loading names from a file.
