Basics of programming where to start?

Hello, I am almost 17 years old, I am in the 10th grade, in the future I plan to enter an institute related to programming, etc.
I wanted to ask where do you need to start, what to study, maybe you need to read something, and in general, who can advise what area?

Thank you for your reply.

Learning how search engines work, how to find the necessary information in them.
Information is not just there, there is too much of it, so yes, it is more difficult to search now than 10-20 years ago.
Now there is a lot of spam, a lot of text consisting of water.
Therefore, you need to learn how to search, understand what official documentation is, the official website of the manufacturer. Distinguish a developed portal and community site from an entertainment portal.
Spend some time of your life on this, and then you suddenly find out that you can find a ready-made answer to almost all questions.
And most importantly - do not consider this answer a mockery. This is good and correct advice, following which you can really learn something useful in IT from the very beginning.

Decide which area is more attractive, find out which programming languages are mainly used in it, take a beginner's textbook in one of these languages.

Start with code-basics, a free project from the creators of the hexlet. Apparently this site is on the toaster stop list, so I can't give a direct link
