Base product, vendor id of USB 3G modems?

I need to make a Linux (debian) installation supporting the maximum number of USB 3G modem models.
Used by modemswitch, udev.
I didn’t immediately find the collected product id and vendor id database on the Internet in order to immediately register them in the configs.
Has anyone met?

I can only share the 3G modem initialization script from the Zyxel Keenetic router, the firmware is one of the latest.
dl.dropbox.com/u/959328/modem-setup.sh
From there you can get VID / PID combinations for modems popular in the CIS and initialization strings
