What would you recommend to put on a virtual machine. The point is to cut as much as possible various advertisements such as "Soda is the answer" and other slag. The network is under complete control, and I want to cut off all this chaos on tablets and mobiles. Therefore, SSL traffic is important. Is there such a thing at all?

squid. With bumping and girls .
I don’t know anything else that can do MitM (and you need to do it) to crash into an https connection. This of course does not mean that it cannot be - maybe there is something, but I do not know. Bannerorezka there is done on the ACL.
pfSense - FreeBSD based firewall
nginx - http-server, reverse-proxy, but it does not know how to mitm, as far as I know.
