Balanced DNS hosting?

Hello habr. Google doesn't love me today and I turn to you.

Please advise a suitable DNS hosting with a controlled Round Robin, that is, where you can stick 5 A records, and the hosting will check them for availability at least once every couple of hours and remove the fallen ones.

bind can, why not raise your dns?
The RR algorithm does not remove dead addresses from the search results.
