Backup or macOS bash configuration script?

Hello. I have 3 poppies, periodically I have to reinstall the system from scratch. I don't do poppy backups. All data in iCloud will automatically be pulled up to all poppies. And I like to configure and download software in a new way.

The question is, is it possible to backup only the settings of the poppy, without files, etc.?

Or tell me where to dig in terms of scripts?

All settings are stored in the ~/Library directory, so you can create a library of saved settings and copy only what you need.
