I rent a VPS with VMware virtualization, it costs Windows Server 2012 r2. Tell me how to make a copy of a working system so that in the future you can transfer the image to another service provider. The place is limited, only one disk, but there is a Yandex Disk cloud. Therefore, we need a tool that integrates with this service.

I usually acted simply - I asked technical support to provide "yesterday's" backup of the server. And they gave me access to download the .vmdk file (they didn’t even bother with packaging)
If you want to copy it yourself from the inside, it prevents you from connecting another disk (let’s say home) via WebDav or connecting to a network drive via VPN (or iSCSI raise)
