Background in speakers from 4G phone - higher transmitter power?

I changed the phone, at the same time for the sake of VoLTE, and if the previous one always lay with 3G and didn’t particularly flicker in the speakers, then the new one with 4G + (frequency aggregation) only does what infuriates me with the long-forgotten modem crunch, clicks, crackling. In modes 2-3 everything is fine. Wifi also does not make sounds.
The question is more rhetorical - can the transmitter power be 4g higher than the old ranges? Or does a lower level of 4g intake affect? Sorry to talk a little about the tinfoil hat, but the extra microwave heat only makes the cheese sandwich better, not soft fabrics.

The radiation level of the mobile device is greater than the signal level of the base station.
By the way, 4G covers a smaller area than, as you put it, "old bands".

Well, the level of radio garbage is much greater than you feel it - these are military, satellite, railway, air frequencies ... You cannot feel them, but they are ...
In the speakers, the sound is emitted due to the sound amplifier.
