B2C/B2B Payment API Functionality?

Good day,
I came across a very interesting requirement that needs to be provided: B2C & B2B Payment API.
Unfortunately there is only endUserApi and PaymentAPI.
I would like to know what the Business2Customer and Business2Business API should contain.
In my understanding that has developed, b2c is the provision of a token for using my Api to small businesses, and b2b is the integration with other architectures (most likely some kind of processing or payment gateway aggregator).
Please clarify what the above api should contain.

the whole question sounds like the last line. Spherical horse in vacuum.
What should contain the api of a random project for random tasks.
Maybe you need to find out from the customer / future users of the api after all?
