Avaya Softphone on an Avaya S8500 media server
Please tell us if anyone had experience setting up Avaya Softphone on an Avaya S8500 media server. I can't adjust the sound.
My order of actions:
1. I install a softphone;
2. Check the box in Avaya Site Administration on the appropriate Extension (Softphone?), Change the port to IP there;
3. I connect to the call server with the program - I can dial numbers, receive calls, but when I pick up the handset, neither I nor I hear.
There are softphone licenses. Please tell me what is wrong.

And if the iron phone will connect the sound? Maybe the headphones with the microphone are stupidly misconfigured. Check in the recording program, if everything is deaf then the problem is not in SoftPhon
