Autostart terminal session on server startup?
There is a Win2008 server. It is necessary to automatically launch a terminal session of a certain user at system startup, and under this user some software was launched in this terminal session. Accordingly, if the user himself logs in via RDP to this server, he should see this running software, i.e. connect to the created terminal session. Is it possible? Googled, but came across only commands to close the terminal session. Prompt commands or utilities towards which to dig.

In order to leave comments, you need to log in
Open mstsc => Set the necessary parameters => check the "Save credentials" box in the general tab => save to .RDP file => Run the file => Enter credentials, check that the save checkbox is =>
did not try to put the file into autoload ?
if it didn’t work out, you can use the batch file, and there C:\Windows\system32\mstsc.exe “path_to_file”.rdp
Now I checked one thing.
1. log in to the console session (in the sense of locally),
2. run programs,
3. connect by the same user via RDP, observe running programs in an open session.
Those. the logic is this - on the server, put an autologon for a specific user with autorun programs (I will keep silent about the security of this method, but still ...), then the user logs in via RDP.
Yes, I tested on Windows server 2008 Enterprize, but according to my recollections, this worked for 2003 as well.
