Autorepost from the group to the wall?

Is there a program or service that works with multiple autorepost accounts.
There is a group, there are bot accounts in the group, you need to repost all new entries on their pages.
I don’t want to go in manually, but the programs I’ve seen are done one at a time, and each time you need to add a task for each post.
Perhaps there are such programs already?

I have never come across such functionality. Although reposts are not difficult to make, they can be built.
