Automating the filling of a template in html format with data from Google Table. Without experience?

Hello everyone, I don’t know how to formulate a question here, but I will try to make it as clear as possible.
Available:
1. Google spreadsheet, with text data to be inserted into the html editor (I use notepad++)
1.1. The table is divided into columns for each date, the date has 36 lines. 36 lines per day are copied from the spreadsheet to Notepad++.
1.2 36 lines are divided into 5 conditional groups 2-10/10-15/15-20 and so on. The data to be copied is always in a specific cell in the Date-Line Number format.
2. Notepad ++ with prepared templates, into which data is entered from the Table.

Question: How can this process be automated?
