Automatically send AT commands to the command line?

You need to write a script to automatically send AT commands to the command line.
We have a file with 1000+ commands of the form ATD+7XXXXXXXXXX , we need these commands to be automatically sent to the command line after a certain time interval.
Maybe someone has ready-made solutions or who will tell you how to do it.
