Automatically put permissions on a subfolder in a ball?

Hi everybody. I'm having difficulty with the differentiation of rights in a shared folder.
Given: Shara - "\\share\x\"
Security groups - MANAGERS, ARC have full access to \\share\x\ its subfolders and files
Let's say MANAGER created the docs folder (the folder has the same name all the time) \\share \x\project\docs
How do I automatically prevent the ARC group from going to the docs folder?

remove inheritance, otherwise it diverges from

It's easier to put all docs in a separate directory and set the rights normally.
