Automatic update of vk widget?

I can't figure out how to automatically update the data in the widget via appWidgets.update? It is written that you need to send data using a token, I send it with it - it says User authorization failed .
I already twisted it, and so, the output is still nothing.
Then again I try to send data from PHP through file_get_contents, I formed a string, I passed the data I needed to it. I get the error User authorization failed: access_token was given to another ip address.
A separate bravo for the VK documentation, called guess for yourself how it all works ...
I'm not saying to do everything for me, just help me understand where to think?

Hang on, figured it out.
The data was requested from the group, the token is needed too.
