Automatic module upgrade from drupal6 to drupal7 using the Coder Upgrade module - How?

I ran into a problem and decided to ask you for help.
The essence of the question is how to correctly include the module and modules dependent on it so that drupal7 does not give errors.
The reason why this question has arisen now, despite the fact that this procedure is outlined in the Drupal book, lies in the fact that since then the second version of the 2.x module for Drupal 7 has appeared, and the dependent modules have not been completely updated.
Help, if anyone has come across, to understand and correctly install the "Coder Upgrade" module and related modules in Drupal7 in Drupal7:

the Grammar Parser (as a library, not "enabled" as a module)
the Grammar Parser Library
the Libraries API (2.x-dev)
