At work, the task arose of sending congratulations / invitations to exhibitions, etc. company's counterparties.
With all that, it is desirable that each manager himself maintains a database of his contacts without seeing other people's contacts, and the person responsible for the mailings forms the letter templates themselves.
Perhaps there is already some free open source system with similar functionality, very preferably written in php?
