Automatic edging 1px heaps of images (SOLVED)

Given: a bunch of pictures of different sizes (png, jpeg) and Windows 7

Need: to get a bunch of pictures of different sizes with an even border of 1 pixel of the color I specified.

How to do it without photoshop? And it is better in general command line.

SOLUTION:
download here: www.irfanview.com/
learn how to use it here: www.makeuseof.com/tag/3-easy-ways-to-add-borders-to-your-photos/
(see the third point - the IrfanView program)

Thank you very much.

If these images will then be placed on the site, then it makes sense not to sew frames into the images, but simply use the CSS property border.

And if there are 100-200 photos from the camera (they are in one folder).
You need to batch process them: make autolevels and resize for an email or website. How to do it quickly, maybe with one command?
