There are two forms on the landing page - one with basic information about the user, then the next button and the second form with the choice of the topic of interest. It is necessary to make it so that if the user fills out the first form, but does not fill out the second, after a while, let's say after 5 minutes of the user being on the site, the first form is automatically sent.
The site will most likely be on wordpress. I usually use Contact Form 7 on it, but, as I understand it, this cannot be implemented on it.

I would not even use CF7, but I would make a regular form and process it using a script
