Automatic download of tags and covers for mp3?
Hello.
Recently I decided to take a little interest in my music library and I decided to start by attaching tags (artist, title, album, year ...) and covers (album covers) to each song.
I have already found several programs that can do this, but you have to enter everything manually, and the music collection is not small.
Personally, please tell me the software (preferably under win) that automatically knows how to work with, say, lastfm, downloads carpet tags and song information from there and sews it into an mp3 file.
*lastfm was given as an example.
Thanks to.

The base at last.fm from the site musicbrainz.org is there and there are programs for every taste
Just yesterday I was thinking about writing a parser that would run through the distributions of a root tracker or such a cataloger and, having created a database, would then try to find the necessary tags for the artist, track, album, year, genre and file name rules for the files.
In general, I also wanted to put everything in order.
I saw the topic - I think: oh, there is already a solution. So far not really :(
Album ART Downloader can search for covers on several music servers at once + integrates with Foobar. For tags I use the component for Foobar Discogs Tagger (foo_discogs)
Winamp, Foobar (with plugin www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_discogs ), and any decent tag editor, I think, has a database search.
The German software mp3tag accurately searches the databases.
The mp3tag program can pull tags and covers from different services.
It was to her that three years ago he combed the entire library and did not allow more chaos.

, use mp3tag, you can screw “your” scripts in
it, I really haven’t tried it myself, but there is such a possibility 100% (http://forums.mp3tag.de/index.php?showforum=23)
