Automatic DNS update?
I use the ISPmanager panel on the server. There was a need to issue a Let's Encrypt Wildcard certificate. There confirmation of ownership by adding a DNS record. How can I set up automatic confirmation of this very record? I use CloudFlare as DNS parking. There is an idea to install DNSmanager from ISP on a separate server, but how to organize this whole thing. That is, in ISPmanager I set up integration with DNSmanager, in theory, if I register any domain in the panel, it is automatically recorded in DNSmanager, but how can I transfer all the information from there to CloudFlare? Or to some other DNS parking, as an option, you can use digitalocean, they provide domain binding as well. Please provide a solution or suggestion.

certbot has plugins for just such cases. For cloudflare DNS, it definitely is
