Colleagues, an interesting problem.
When posting a new article, you need to "go over" the custom tags of this post and add their synonyms and related / close in meaning, and "put" all this in keywords.
Are there ready-made solutions without third-party servers?

I found in the bins 2 bases of synonyms and a plugin for WordPress. Working or not, I do not know, but you can peep.

The essence of a simple document with a bunch of lines in each line, comma-separated variants of one word i.e. synonyms. Then just randomly select one of them and replace it.
