Authorization in Instagram using php?

Hello! Tell me, please, I have a website with authorization through Instagram .
Added an application to the insta api and everything that is needed for it. After authorization (the user is saved in the database) I get an access_token and I can easily make requests to the Instagram api, but when I do GET instagram.com using curl (http-client in yii2), I receive a response with the same content that I receive when login to the main instagram by an unauthorized user.
As I understand it, authorization in the api does not authorize on the insta site itself.
Who worked with this, please tell me how to log in to the insta website via api. Because authorization by explicitly specifying a username and password is not suitable (people will not enter their data).
