Authorization and registration on your site through social networks, is it better on your own or with the help of ready-made solutions?

There are 2 ready-made services ulogin.ru and loginza.ru , but I'm worried about the fact that the data will be sent to someone, but on the other hand it's easy to install, but what about the self-written method? What is the best place to start?
