Authenticate user to application server via DB authentication?

The situation is as follows:
There is a product based on the Oracle database. Authentication and authorization of users occurs by logins/passwords of database users. All logic of system lies in a DB.

On the application server (hereinafter referred to as SP) (GlassFish 3), a JDBC resource is configured to access the database (login / password are not specified).

Is it possible in a declarative way to achieve communication between the user of the joint venture and the user of the resource (DB)?
The task is to make end-to-end authentication with a minimum of coding.
