Attributes disappeared in the product card after updating the theme, what should I do?

Hello guys! There was a bug after updating the theme, Woocommerce stopped showing product attributes and variations, google does not help in any way, I decided to write here mb someone had such problems and will tell you what to do.

Another moment, the problem began with the fact that the variations could not be changed, that is, they were but did not work, the price was motionless. I decided to make a backup and after that everything was gone, there are no attributes or variations. The only option that I see, and I am not happy with it, is to export the product and all the work done and reload the WordPress engine. I use the theme * Betheme, license * I remind you that after updating the theme, namely from the transition 24.0.3.1 to 25.0.1

I hope for the help of a specialist, I will be very grateful for the help;)

@pd993

QUESTION IS RESOLVED I think it will be useful for those who use *Betheme*
In brief, what helped and what was the problem:
- The problem was no doubt in the new version of the theme 25.0.2 (there was some kind of conflict in the code)
- I rolled back to the old version 24.0.3.1 (I got it through a hosting backup, the pirates didn't fit)
- Reset page=be-options helped (but it's better to make a backup before reset)
- After reset, you will only have to load the settings of the workpiece you are using.

Good afternoon.

if I don’t find the answer here, I’ll write to them, just $ 50 will have to pay them for a support subscription, and it’s not a fact if they help)) in any case, thanks for the answer

Your colleague told you right. You need to contact the developer and yes, they will help.
As for your problem, this is due to the fact that your theme, due to the lack of a license, could be outdated and the WC templates could be outdated too.
Try:
1) update the theme to the latest version.
2) roll back to the old version of WC or restore the site from a backup.
The only option that I see, and I am not happy with it, is to export the product and all the work done and reload the WordPress engine.

This is of course a solution, but why do you have to strain so much.
I use the theme *Betheme, license* let me remind you that after updating the theme, namely from the transition 24.0.3.1 to 25.0.1

It is possible that there is some conflict. You can also try another solution. From the templates directory inside the woocomemrce plugin, copy the templates to the woocommerce directory of the theme itself.
