"# atop Exception in floating point operation."... What??

Something bad seems to be happening on one of the servers... For example, when trying to start atop, a similar error began to appear. In dmesg:

Process accounting paused
traps: atop[23794] trap divide error ip:408103 sp:7fff1c04d800 error:0 in atop[400000+29000]
Has anyone experienced something similar?
CentOS 6.6+xen, error occurs in Dom0

300Mb remained in the root (that is, only the reserve of the root). Probably the error was related to this, so
when I moved some non-critical files from the root partition that were not related to the system in any way and freed up a decent amount of space, atop worked again.
