Atom removes a committed file?

Atom deletes a file (which has been modified and comicalized) when you switch to another branch. This is a bug, is there any solution?

Is this file in another thread? If not, then it does the right thing, which deletes, when switching branches, files that are not in the branch are deleted and those present are added. The file itself will return if you switch back to the desired branch.
