Atom python input where?

There is a Makair on which there is a disaster as there is not enough space. Plus, I'm already used to the atom editor, which is synchronized with all my machines via github.
Decided to use python here. Installed everything that is possible for him in the atom (from Run):

Everything works! Except for one (maybe after another even it will pop up)
