Atom not working after installing v.1.19.x what needs to be fixed?

Initially, everything was fine, I closed all the tabs, installed the Emmet plugin + the Codacademy syntax and design theme.
But after re-opening the editor, something went wrong, the files were not copied to the window, they did not start.
The program does not react at all to pressing menu items, except for one - create a new window
I can neither create a new file nor open the settings, then it began to open at all with an empty window
. Reinstalling for the nth time did not help, not at all :(

There is no solution in that topic and there is no issue in the git.
So just delete.
Since the atom is practically a node, from the command line:
apm ls ... <-- here you need to find the package name
apm uninstall ... <-- here you need to substitute the package name
