Atom not connecting via SFTP?

Hello guys! I'm trying to connect to the server via sftp in the atom via the remote-ftp plugin, but nothing comes out, it doesn't even show any errors, sublimetext is the same, passwords, logins, the path to the key are entered correctly, which is most important, I go through filezilla via sftp without problems, but through editors do not want to, even with a simple password tried and also without results. Maybe someone faced such a problem?
