I would like to hear after what number of responses to the work it is not worth responding to it. How long does it take to reply? Can you give me some advice on submitting.

There is no universal answer.
If you see from the statement of the problem that there may be more competitors, for example, make a quick test case or give a link to a similar problem you solved, then it doesn’t matter how many responses there are already.
If more than 10, I usually don't serve anymore. But anything happens.
Here you need to make a decision based on several factors: tasks, budget, previous customer feedback, etc.
