At what level of ASP.NET MVC should a developer know the frontend?
The essence of the question is in the title, but I would like to consider two options:
1) The team has a full-fledged front-end developer;
2) There is no full-fledged front-end developer in the team.
I am also interested in what privileges a dotnetchik gets in the 2nd option compared to the 1st (in terms of time allotted for development and remuneration) and how justified is the idea of putting a developer with little experience (or no experience at all) for a full stack (I had to to see js frameworks in vacancies at trainee/junior ASP.NET MVC developer)?

ASPNET MVC?
Perhaps it is worth crawling to net core?
In pure ASP NET MVC, you need to at least know the basic layout skills of Bootstrap or your frontend.
Plus, how will you pack the resources, using the studio tools, or just connect the bundle.
Typescript is highly desirable.
In the case of core, you simply give away the api, except of course in difficult cases.
In general, learn the front, at least minimally
