At what level do you need to know js, html. css to learn React?

The bottom line is that I would like to learn React. I am learning js at the moment and know js basics. I will start learning npm, webpack soon. But c html and css is a problem, I only took a course on html and css and made up 1 one-page site. At what level should I know html and css so that I can switch to React already.

But on any. Like all programmers, you will start your journey with the title of "the most lame programmer in the world." Maybe someone will even hire you to make the world's laziest website. How long you will awaken in this rank depends only on you.

When you can write such an application on your own in native js - https://forkify-v2.netlify.app/
It will affect everything from using the es6 standard to working with api, you can also take headless cms and implement back. After that, calmly move on to learning react.
