At what age did you read GOF patterns?

I am 20 years old. I write in Php, Python.
I work as a baker.
So far, I have not been able to master 50 pages, and even then with difficulty!
So I think either I'm a fool or I took up this book very early.
I would like to hear when you read the Gang of Four.

It's not about age, it's about qualifications and experience.
Having no real experience in solving problems for which patterns are used, it is not clear why all this is needed. And, accordingly, it is not interesting to read and delve into. As soon as you collect the rake and start looking for ways to bypass them, start reading.

At 18 I read "Design Patterns", and at 19 "Design Patterns for Enterprise Applications" with "Zombie Patterns and High on Adrenaline". Actively began to use it at the age of 19-21, when suitable tasks began to appear. You should be skeptical about GOF itself, since far from all existing templates that have to be used in practice are described there, and even then a maximum of 3-4 pieces per application.
Just reading is useless, you need to look at implementation examples in various languages, and implement it yourself.
