By the summer I'm going to the University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and employees of the bodies, as you know, do not have the right to have third-party earnings, and life in the barracks cannot be coded. But I also don’t want to abandon programming (see layout). If you are periodically interested in the IT industry, learn a little theory, will it give sense and opportunities in a couple of three years? They are frightened by the thought that after 25 years the information is poorly absorbed, that the theory will not give any sense, and so on. Senior comrades, express your thoughts on this matter. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has a department K - they deal with crimes in the computer sphere. Ideally, you need to get there after university. Ask someone from the admissions committee which faculty to enter in order to work in department K. If there are none, then it's okay if there are connections in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As far as I understand, the university will send to practice somewhere in the 3-4 year and before the diploma.
