At the provider on the site "Not protected"?

I wanted to go to the personal account of my home Internet provider, pay for the Internet, and it says in the address bar "not secure", "the connection is not fully protected, the site's security settings are outdated."
I don't remember, it was always like this and I didn't notice, or it just appeared now. In general, this is a sign that it is not necessary to enter logins and passwords on such sites. So, how do I enter my personal account for payment? Is it possible to demand without fail from the provider to fix it? Or is there nothing wrong with this at all?

@Sanes

Incomplete usually means that some elements are sent over http. Pictures, scripts, etc.

You yourself can see in the developer tools what is loaded via the HTTPS protocol, and what is not, if you are interested.

Do not pay attention. Everything is right Your data is merging even through https, including payment systems)

what nonsense,
if it is not fully protected, it means that when editing the site, the protocol was mixed up somewhere instead of https http

Online payment is always done via https, and "partially secure" means that a part of the resources on the site is loaded via unprotected http :) There may also be a rotten certificate.
