ASUS ZenBook ux32vd vs Samsung Series 9 NP900X3C vs Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon?

Help with choosing an ultrabook.
I want to take myself an ultrabook to replace the desktop, to disconnect and go. I use only Archlinux, I very rarely run Windows in a virtual machine.
Usage scenario. In the vast majority of cases: at home, connected to an external monitor, keyboard and mouse and Gigabit ethernet (by the way, since most ultrabooks do not have Gigabit ethernet, connecting via USB gives only 100 Mbit - this is a problem for me). Sometimes tasks: convert sound and video. I want an ultrabook to sometimes disconnect and go on vacation or a business trip.
I tend to ASUS ZenBook ux32vd, I plan to install an SSD instead of an HDD and increase the memory to 10Gb.
What do you think?

@ZeroBit

I bought myself an ASUS UX32VD, upgraded a 512GB SSD Samsung Series 840 Pro, and increased the memory to 10 Gb
. And when you connect the headset, the problem does not go away. Win 8 is fine. The problem in my copy is strong light at the bottom of the screen. The sound is normal, loud, like in a macbook air - it is very difficult to distinguish, I specifically checked it under the same conditions. The frequencies shift a little very subjectively, but the loudness is very difficult to hear the difference by ear.

ZeroBit , HIGHLY recommend DO NOT TAKE 1920x1080! Here I describe in detail why. All in all, the ZenBook is an interesting machine. I chose between asus and samsung, chose the first.
PS: take a closer look at the resolution of 1600x900, much better in image quality.
