I recently purchased this media center.
The interface (even the very latest firmware 1.21) does not suit at all - constant testing of WLAN speed, lagging reaction to the remote control, slow WiFi driver (it takes a couple of minutes until it gets IP from the WLAN router). Inside some custom Linux from ASUS.
I would like to know if it is possible to flash something more user-friendly on it?
Or is it easier to throw it away and buy some XBox or AppleTV?
