Astrisk.. VoIP

Hello.

This is not even a question ... but more like a proposal, although to some extent the question is for you habrazhiteley :)

In the last half of the year there were no projects on VoIP, namely with Asterisk. For myself I read to dock, but time to invent tasks especially is not present.

Therefore, in order not to lose at least some of the remaining knowledge, I will help with setting up or maintaining an Asterisk-based server ... attention: Absolutely FREE.
Of course, I do not promise to devote 24/7 time, but I will consider your options.

Z.Y. those who minus will at least unsubscribe for what, it’s very interesting for what reasons altruism is punishable;)

Hello. If you really want to participate in Asterisk installations and work in a team of ip-telephonists for an internship, then write to the PM. There are a lot of tasks, for an inquisitive mind a lot of interesting things.

Recently deployed a small test bench Asterisk-a. And there are questions if possible:
1. some phones do not respond to tone dialing (is it possible to deal with this, how)
2. I have a simple line not PRI \ BRI. If I write "dialer" then he starts talking IMMEDIATELY after dialing the number. Is it possible to somehow make him wait until the respondent picks up the phone? (on one of the asterisk forums they told me that there was no way, but still there is still hope somewhere in the depths of my soul)

1. DTFM is registered but the problem is not with soft backgrounds.
The essence is this: Organized voice menu. The subscriber calls from his fixed phone and dials certain combinations in tone mode. So here are 2 out of 5 tested phones - they work fine but Panasonic phones - although they send a tone, but the asterisk does not respond to them.
2. probably I should dig into the sources in chan_dahdi. Unfortunately my line doesn't "reverse" the polarity when the phone is picked up, so I'll probably have to keep track of the "beeps" somewhere in the dahdi code. Can you advise in what place it is written so that in vain all the functions would not be taught by heart.

1. DTFM should be registered, if memory serves, I had this with some soft phones in the office.
2. I did not encounter this problem, you need to delve into the documentation.

1) bypassed the problem by adding

exten => 2400,n,SIPDtmfMode(inband)
In the place where it does not work in my case, this is to connect to Meetme
2)
[from-obzvon]
exten => obzvon,1,Answer()
exten => obzvon,n,Playback(hello-world)
exten => obzvon,n,Hangup()
