I have a queue, how to do it when the whole queue is busy and there is no free phone, so that the recording starts and prompts you to press 1 - wait for a free operator, or press 2 - leave a voice message
exten => queues-FULL,1,Goto(operator)
How Is it all to shove into one extension, or what other options are there?
