Asterisk+Openfire+AsteriskIM. Why don't calls work in Spark when using a non-standard sip port?

Hello, please help.
The problem is this. On one machine, openfire and asterisk are up, users have spark installed, I would like to make it so that they can call directly from it. I downloaded plug-ins for openfire installed, configured, everything works, but in order to increase security, the sip port was changed to Asterisk, after that Spark refuses to register on the telephony server. In the plugin settings, the test also fails, giving the error "SIP Account problem: Timeout Attempt timeout, please try again."
I tried to specify the port in the server field for connection, it does not help.

Do other hard/softphones work?
Show what you have in sip.conf [generals]
Is bindport specified? externetip/externhost? localnet? Server behind nat? If behind nat, are there any other asterisks in your LAN?

@Kaitek

other softphones work, the server is not behind nat, bindport=9876. the problem is just this, if bindport is not specified, then everything works.
