Asterisk not receiving udp packets?

Good afternoon! There is a server with CentOS 5. Asterisk 11.20.0 is installed on it. Everything worked and everything was fine, but something happened and asterisk stopped receiving udp packets. As soon as I start asterisk, the line appears in netstat

udp   0      0 0.0.0.0:5060                0.0.0.0:*                               11292/asterisk

and the number in the Recv-Q column starts to grow. Watched tcpdump'om packets come to the server, but for some reason asterisk does not pick them up. Here are the sip settings
canreinvite=no
allowguest=no
alwaysauthreject=yes
autocreatepeer=no
context=default
allowoverlap=no
canreinvite=no
udpbindaddr=0.0.0.0
tcpenable=no
transport=udp
srvlookup=yes
language=ru
jbenable=yes
jbimpl=adaptive
jbresyncthreshold=500
jbmaxsize=1000
jbforce=yes
jblog=no
rtptimeout=60
rtpholdtimeout=300
And sometimes packages still reach asterisk. I didn't find any pattern. To understand why, so far, it does not work. Maybe someone had a similar experience? Please help with advice.

@Sansun

Problem solved. It was in one of the downed DNS servers of the provider. The server successfully determined domain addresses when pinging another DNS server, but Asterisk only tried to work with a downed DNS server. Hence all my glitches. The problem is described in more detail on the asterisk.ru forum with the topic "Only one peer with a dead domain crashes asterisk" (Does not publish the link for some reason)
